Stainless steel embossed tubes have been widely used in the market due to their excellent performance characteristics, especially the stainless steel embossed tubes that have been pickled and passivated, their appearance and performance are more prominent. It can be said that the pickling passivation technology directly affects the appearance and performance of the stainless steel decorative tube. Let's take a look at the pickling and passivation steps of stainless steel embossed tubes.
1. Chemical degreasing. Chemical degreasing can be done by soaking in a tank. The oil removal tank is made of steel plate, and the inner wall is covered with polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene. Use12-15% nitric acid is chemically degreased at a temperature of 40°C to 60°C. After immersing the stainless steel embossed tube into the water tank, pay attention to the position to prevent air from entering the tube. During the soaking process, the embossed tube should be moved up and down or turned over, and the solution in the cavity should be continuously changed to improve the oil removal effect. If necessary, remove the tube body, rinse with water, and then soak again. Chemical degrease until the surface of the tube is completely wetted by water.
2. Remove the stainless steel embossed tube after chemical degreasing, rinse with hot water, and then immerse the embossed tube40 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ hot water tank. The hot water tank is made of steel plate, and the inner wall is laid with polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene.
3. Remove the stainless steel embossing tube from the sink and rinse with water. Stainless steel embossing tube shall be flushed with pressurized water.
4. Passivation. Passivation The passivated channel steel plate is made by soaking in the pool, and the inner wall is covered with acid-resistant plastic. When immersing the stainless steel embossed tube in the pool, pay attention to the position to avoid air in the tube.
5. After passivation, the stainless steel embossing tube should be dried. Clean compressed air or nitrogen should be used for drying, and sufficient time should be allowed for the embossing tube to passivate naturally in the air.
6. Check the stainless steel embossing tube after passivation. The quality inspector shall carry out the acceptance as required.
